Enclosed for insertion into NRC copy Nos. 6 through 10 and 19 of the Sequoyah Physical Security / Contingency Plan is a revised cover sheet.
This is a revision to the cover sheet provided with the 10 CFR 50.54(p) revisions submitted by my letter to you dated September 4, 1986.
That previous cover sheet did not contain the required signature documenting TVA approval of the plan revisions.
The enclosed cover sheets are marked as safeguards information because they are to be included as part of the security / contingency plan. However, by itself the cover sheet does not contain any safeguards information.

This Physical Security Plan is the property of the Tennessee Valley Authority and has been marked SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION. It is to be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR 73.21 and returned to TVA when no longer required.
Its contents are considered sensitive information and shall be reproduced only with prior written permission from the Tennessee Valley Authority, Office of Nuclear Power.
It sheuld be given reasonable protection against disclosure and made available to others only on a "need to know" basis.
