Dear Mr. Hickey:
I have just received from the Office of Investigation (OI) several additional documents which are responsive to your first interrogatories and request for documents.
Specifically, the enclosed documents include records of oral communications between R. IWeeks of OI and either T. Devine (attorney for R. Parks) or a representative of the Department of Labor, as well as one written communi-cation from R. f.:eeks to T. Devine. As a result, these documents are respon-sive to Interrogatory Numbers 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 57 and 58.
I have attached a listing of the documents as well.
In one instance, por-tions of the document have been deleted to protect an individual's personal privacy.
