An NRC inspection was conducted August 25 28,1997, at your South Texas Project
Electric Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, reactor facilitk
The inspection focused on
your liquid and gaseous radioactive waste effluent progra.... The enclosed report presents
the scope and results of that inspection.
Our inspection verified that your liquid and gaseous radioactive waste effluent management
program was effectively implemented,
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this
inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
