Subject:
Task Order No. 114 entitled. "First Update of the Steam Generator Database" under Contract No. NRC-03 95 026 In accordance with the Section G.5. Iask Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Tas6 Drder No.114.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No.114 shall be effective the date of this letter through February 28, 1998. The total c~ost ceiling is $36.435.00, of which the amount of $33.634.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of 52.801.00 represents the fixed fee.
The task order obligates funds in the amount-of $22.500.00.
It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through December 15.
1997. The contractor is not authorized to continue performance of the work beyond the obligated amount until the Contracting Officer has increased this amount with respect to this task order.
