! Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 3 This modification is issued to correct Modification No.1 to this contract by:
- 1. correcting the cost of the August 12,1999,40-hour Software Training Session from
$6,433.00 to $9,250.00; l
- 2. obligating an additional $4,817.00 to complete funding of the training session discussed above at the corrected amount of $9,250.00;
- 3. correcting the actual cost of the first 40-hour Software Training Session from $8,000.00 to $ 0,000.00, and;
- 4. correcting the firm fixed-price of this contract from $35,633.00 to $40,450.00.
Accordingly, this contract is hereby modified as follows: ;
- 1. Block No. 26. of SF-1449 is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the ;
following to reflect an increase to the firm fixed-price of this contract of $4,817.00 from
$35,633.00 to $40,450.00:
