4 Contract No. NRC-04-94-045 Modification No 4 Page.3 of 3 Under Section 1.5, "52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity (APR 1984)" the last sentence of paragraph (d) is revised to read as follows:
"The contract shall govern the Contractor's and Government's rights and obligations with ,
respect to that order to the same extent as if the order were completed during the contract's effective period; provided, that the Contractor shall not be required to make any deliveries under this contract after sixteen (16) months following the contract expiration date."
This modl9 cation does not obligate funds, All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
