CORRECTIONS TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-454/97005(ORP);
50 455/97005(DRP), COVER LETTER, AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Graesser:
The NRC is reissuing six pages of Inspection Report 50-454/97005(DRP);
50-455/97005lDRP), the first page of the cover letter, and the first paga of the Notice of
Violation which viere transmitted to you on May 28,1997. This is being done in order to
correct the following arrors in these pages.
- The cover !atter and Pages 2 and 9 of the inspection report were corrected to
remove the terms " inaccurate " " late," and "ir4 correct" and replace them with
the term "incom. rete," which is more appropriate for the discussion on
LER 50-455/97001.
The Notice of Violation was corrected to reflect the proper violation number and
remove a clerictl error.
Page 8, Sectior 08.1 of the report was corrected to show one apparent
violation rather than two apparent violations related to LER 50-455/97001.
Pages 10 and 19 were changed to correct typographical errors in the numbers
3f LER 50-464/92002-01 and NCV 50-454/97005-06.
Page 20 was changed to correct the acronym "HEPA."
Please replace the affected pages with the enclosed pages. I regret any inconvenience
