EMERGENCY PLAN CHANGE REVISION 26
Dear Mr. McCoy:
Your letter of May 8,1997, requested prior approval of Revision 26 to your Emergency Plan. In your letter, you stated that you determined the revision did not decrease the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan.
Since you determined Revision 26 did not decrease the effectiveness of your plan, you may implement the revision under 10CFR50.54(q) without NRC prior approval. Accordingly, NRC plans no action to provide prior approval for this revision.
