Inspection Report No. 70-371/86-09 A. routine safety inspection of your radiation protection program was conducted by Ms. J. Cioffi of this office on September 15-19, 1986. Our findings were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection on September 19, 1986.
Areas of the radiation protection program examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed NRC Region I Inspection Report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and repre-sentative records, interviews with personnel and observations made by the inspector.
