Shannon's Request For a Hearing and Petition to Intervene With Respect to Vermont Yankee's Spent Fuel Pool Expansion Request" filed in the above-entitled proceeding by saying that the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has stated sufficient interest and that if he files at least one acceptable contention as contemplated by 10 CFR 2.714 he should be admitted as a party to any adjudicatory proceedings that are. required.
