Dear Chairman Zech:
It has been reported by one of my constituents that in the course of construction at Seabrook's nuclear facility a serious crack or fissure was mended in the bedrock located below the plant.
My constituent indicated that this is reported in an NRC Safety Analysis Report. Would you please confirm this allegation and provide any pertinent details?
In particular, I would like to know where in the afore-mentioned report that this is indicated.
