j Page 2 of 2 in accordance with Paragraph C.13 - Ceterse Nadifications, the purpose of this l
modification is to allow for modification of the manual for the N-312 course entitled " Internal Dosimetry and ithole Body Counting" in accordance with the to this modification and to allow the contractor to include information from the Amefican National standard HPS N13.30-1996, " Performance criteria for Radiobionssay" in the course material.
In addition the contracter sha11 be required to prepare and conduct a th-se-day s,eminar entitled " Effluent Monitoring and Wwle Body counting" in accordance with Attachment a to this modification which is in accordance with Paragraph C.6 -

By virtue of this modif' catEon, t)e contracter hereby agrees that all future presentations of the subject course ordered by the Project Officer in accordance with FAR claure St.216-Is - orderina, shall be billed at the fixed unit price reflected under Paragraph B.3 - Schedule or Prices / casts.
As a result of the above the following changes are hereby made:

Under Paragraph B.3.b (Option Year one) is hereby revised as i
reflected under Attachment 3 to this modification.
2.
Under Paragraph 5.4 - consideration and oh11antion - Ds11 vary Orders, the first ' sentence of Subparagraph (al and (b) are Iwreby deleted in their entirety and substituted in iieu thereof the l
following:
"(a) The total estimated amount of tiils contract (ceiling) for the products / serv. ices ordered, delivered, and accepted under this I

t (b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $124,263.74."
