Upon your exe ution of our Interagency Agreement of February 12, 1981, the U.S. Army Cor s of Engineers (COE) and the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) initiat d a cooperative program entitled "Geotechnical Engineering Review of Systematic Evaluation Program Plants," whereby COE would provide support in ge<'technica1' engineering for non-reactor facilities.
Basedonavailableinfohtion,thereareexcessfundsremainingunderthis Interagency Ac reement. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the J greement amount and the amount obligated by the NRC.

I B6883 - B&R Nd. 20-19-20-21-2). This modification results in the Interagency Agreement being reduced by $16,784.25 from $102.000.00 to $85.215.75.
