MODiflCATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO.131, ENTITLED, "CLINTON SELF ASSESSMENT EVALUATION TEAM INSPECTION" UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-03-93-026
Dear Mr. Lofy:
The purpose of this modification is to revise the Statement of Work under the Section entitled *Meetinas and Travel." The following changes are hereby made:
" Delete - One, one-person, 7-day trip to NRC Region IV offices (Sept 20-26)
Delete - One, one-person, 5-day trip to the Clinton site (Sept 29-Oct 3)
Add - One, one-person, 12-day trip to the Clinton site (Sept 22-Oct 3)"
This modification also provides additional funding in the amount of
$129,724.64 under the task order, thereby increasing the obligated amount from
$44,000.00 to $173,724.64. This modification action obligates funds in the amount of $129,724.64 and fully funds tne task order.
