Herbein..............

1 Herbein's meetings with Husted to discuss cheating and related issues.

o During Monday's telephone conference, it was revealed that Mr.

Husted intends to add John Wilson to the witness list. In reviewing Wilson's testimony before the Special Master and Wilson's notes, provided on discovery during the prior proceeding, TMIA discovered two documents which GPU repre-sented as notes taken by John Wilson.during his investigation of the 1981 cheating incident. These notes are the bases of the third area of cross exam-ination TMIA has outlined for Wilson.

On 10 June 1986, TMIA recieved supplementary discovery documents from Mr. Husted, on 11 June 1986, we recieved an additional document from GPU, TMIAhasn$thadtheopportunitytothouroughlyreviewthenewinformation and may supplement its trial plan..after such a review has been undertaken.

Respectfully submitted, Louise Bradford 11 June,1986 for Three Mile Island Alert, Inc.
