NRC-04 95-068 BETWEEN THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from September 30, 1997 to December 31, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation
