Task Order No. 220 entitled. "0ATABASE FOR CUMULATIVE RISK IMPACT" under NRC 03-95 026 in accordance with the Section G.S. Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 220.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 220 shall be effective the date of this letter through March 31, 1998.
The total cost ceiling is $48.952.00, of which the amount of
$45.138.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of 53.814.00 represents the fixed fee.
