This refers to your August 12 facsimiles which notified us of RSB Logistic's new address in Paducah, Kentucky and advised us of additional suppliers which you wanted noted in the XSOU8744 export license file. We have placed copies of your notifications in the case files and have made distribution to the appropriate NRC offices and Executive Branch agencies.
Since RSB Logistic has offices located in the U.S. and Canada, we wish to remind you that the NRC regulations require holders of NRC export or import licenses to maintain records at a U.S.
address. Please refer to 10 CFR 110.53 for further guidance.
