MODIFICATION NO. 4 UNDER CONTRACT No. NRC-26-93-296 ENTITLED
" RESPONSE TECHNICAL MANUAL TRAINING MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT" The subject contract expired on March 31, 1996. Based on our records there are excess funds remaining under the contract. Pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the contract for other tienediate agency requirements.
Therefore, e unilateral desision has been made by the contracting Officer to deob11 gate the excess funds under the subject contract in the amount of
$42,256. As a result of t!.e issuance of this unilateral modification, it is brought to.your atter, tion that Modification No. 4 dated August 28, 1997, is hereby rescinded cad replaced with the enclosed modification.
It is requested that your organization conM ate the Property Certification form as well as the reports required by the clauses related to Patents, copyrights and Royalties and return them to the following address. These forms were provided under our letter to your organization dated August 28, 1997.
If negative reports are apptrp iate, statements to that effect are required.
