Dear Ms. Sanders:

In accordance with the section G.4(c) of the subject contract. entitled ' Task Order Award,* this letter definitizes the subject task order. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.. , ,

Tesk Order No. 48 shall be in effect from October 1. 1997 through November 14 1997 with a cost ceiling of 59.295.00. The amount of 58.488.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $729.00 represents the fixed fee, and the amount of $78.00 represents the facility's capital cost of money.

CONTRACT EXAMINERS SHALL:

In-Office Preparation Activities

____ Prepare for the inspection by reviewing inspection related background documentation and in:;pection records and prepare a summary of findings as directed by the NRC inspector.

l On-Site Insoection Activities x 1 Assist the NRC inspection team during the on-site requalification program evaluation. The inspection shall be conducted in accordance with IP-71001, and the inspection plan.

x 1 Provide the NRC inspector with a written report detailing the results of the inspection findings. This should be in format specified by the NRC inspector.

x 1 Attend the entrance / exit briefing.
