Delete " ARTICLE VI- OBLIGATIWS" and substitute in lieu thereof, the following:
"The amount obligated by the NRC with respect to this contract is $2,282.96
' As a result of this nodification, the balance of $2,282.96 is deobligated. A total anount of $14,717.04 has been paid under this contract. This amount includes final payment.
