In addition, all fully agreed with the 5 points of Enclosure (1).

, and DP that their responses to me during the above interviews very definitely indicated they did not cheat and did not have reason to believe at the time of the April NRC exam that others cheated.

Sign up for supporting the Company position set forth in the letter.

The ASLB is going to be pursuing the issue of cheating further and you should assume you will have to testify under oath while giving a deposition or at the hearings.
3)
Only you know if you have cheated on the examinations, or if you have reason to believe others cheated, but you should understand that we expect that the facts as they relate to examinations to be relied upon by the ASLB in their decision will become known, especially the examinations in April during which it is known cheating took place.
4)
You are obligated to tell us of any knowledge you have relevant to these issues.
