This is to confirm the telephone conversation on October 15, 1986, by Mr. R. Cilimberg of this office with Mr. D. Perry of your staff, concerning the inspection at the Richland, Washington plant on October 27-30, 1986.
The inspection will review fabrication and testing of fuel assemblies, computer .
codes, Exxon fuel incidents at reactor sites, and corrective action on previous inspection findings.
