Folker, Vogtle Project Quality Assurance Engineer, informed Mr.

Christnot of the USNRC Region II of a potentially reportable condition concerning the containment cooling units air flow.
Operational Deficiency Report (0DR) T-1-86-2155 identified that the units were not delivering the design air flow.
Georgia Power Company is currently evaluating this condition and expects to inform the NRC of the evaluation results by October 31, 1986.
