If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of i
.10 CFR Past 71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part
.71, as required by 10 CFR 9150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying L
the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 7.1 is required. _ Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under
