At the conference of counsel held on January 6, the Board scheduled a follow-up conference for Tuesday, February 10.

In the attachment to this letter, Suffolk County lists proposed agenda items for tomorrow's conference.

It is hoped that the Board, as well as the other parties, will find this list useful at the conference.

The County is authorized to state that the State of New York and the Town of Southampton agree with the proposed agenda items set forth in the attachment.

Other than perhaps LILCO, all parties have designated their witnesses for trial.
