Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 MODIFIED AMENDED SECURITY PLAN (MAS P), REVISION 31 The attached revision 31 to the MASP is submitted in accordance with 10 CPR 50.54 (p).
The revision addresses the exemption of USNRC personnel from the site specific training requirement. USNRC personnel receive generic nuclear access training that meets or exceeds that provided through site specific training; therefore, site training is believed to be redundant.
Details of changes are found in the screening criteria form in attachment 1 to this letter.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of t.he security plan. Attachment 2 contains the MASP index and the section 2.3 changed page 1 of 6.
