Modification No. 009, I.iteragency Agreement No. NRC-10-95-146 entitled, " Optical Character Recognition of Text and Scanning of Images" This modification is issued to:
- 1) Extend the duration of the agreement period an additional 12 months through November 3,1998, in accordance with the attached schedule of items and prices and statement of work, 2)
Increase the ceiling amount of the agreement by $20,000.00, from $200,000.00 to
$220,000.00, and 3)
Increase the obligated amount in the agreement by
$16,300.00, from $200,000.00 to $216,300.00. Accordingly, the-agreement is modified as follows:
1.
Section entitled, Period of Performance.
is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
I "The period of performance of this agreement shall be from Notesar 4, 1994 through November 3, 1998."
2.
Section entitled, Obliaation of Funds and Estimated Amount.
first sentence of paragraphs a. and b., are deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"a.
The total estimated amount of this agreement (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this agreement is $220,000.00.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this agreen.ent is
$216,300.00."
