TRAVEL EXPENSES V
As you are well aware, recent budget reductions force us to look at every possibility in efforts to save NRC dollars.
In the interest of reducing travel expenses, I want to urge a good, hard look at all " retreat"-type meetings or conferences proposed to be held avey from-the local area.
In the future, if there is any suc'n conference planned by any NRC office, please be sure that the Chairman is advised and his approval is sought well in advance of such a conference.
