This letter confirms our discussion of September 17,1997, during which we agreed to have a meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 3.1997, in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region lli office. The meeting will be opon to the public.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your progress in conducting decommisMoning activities at your Dresden Nuclear Station, Unit 1, including an overview of activities to date, current decommissioning activities, progress and plans for offloading Unit i fuelinto an onsite independent spent fuel storage facility, and longer term plans for final decommissioning of the Unit.
