The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performarice through 3/16/98 for the amount of $2.474.84: (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year in the amount of $2.522.98. specify supply requirements, identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requiremet.ls, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $2.474.84, which increases the cooperative agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $13.429.73 to $15.904.57. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby ,
made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement"-
- 1. Item No. 15. Fundino Sources, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
