Dear Ms. Garde:

This is in response to your letter dated March 24, 1986, which we processed as a Freedom of Information Act (F0IA) request for any records in connection with all information, provided in any form, to the DOE Nuclear Power Task Force regarding the Comanche Peak plant.

The NRC has no records subject to your request.

In our letters dated July 1, 1985, in response to your related request, F01A-85-154, and March 18, 1986, in response to your March 4 letter " appealing" that response, we informed you that the NRC has no records subject to your request. In response to this request, F01A-86-220, NRC staff members have again informed me that to their knowledge the NRC has no records subject to the request.

In your March 24 letter, you stated that you " firmly believe" that the Commission possesses requested records. In the event you are aware of specfic records which you believe fall within the scope of this request, or if you are b interested in records which in fact are not covered by the stated scope of your request, we will conduct a search for such records upon receipt of your letter.

This completes action on your request. Therefore, we are taking no action on your letter dated May 15, 1986, appealing our lack of response to your request.
