c, NRC-38-96-282 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 The purpose af this modification i: to increase the funding in the contract, by $10~,000.00 from to $628,000.00 to $638,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988),
paragraph (b), first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof: ,
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$638,000.00."
A sumary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY97 OBLIGATIONS: $363,000.00 CL'MULATIVE TOTAL NPC OBLIGATIONS: $638,000.00 This modification obligates funds in the amount of $10,000.00 All other terms and condition of the said contract remain unchanged.
