Inspection Number 99990001/86-15 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. John T. Jensen of this office on December 24, 1986 of activities authorized by the general license contained in 10 CFR 150.20 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Jensen with Mark Fedoruk of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection included a review of radiation safety procedures and records; transportation procedures and records associated with the use and transportation of radiographic exposure devices. Within these areas the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
