The purpose of this modification is to extend the contract period of performance through December 15, 1997. The extension is necessary to allow for the completion of Task 6b under Task Order No. 2 of the subject contract.
Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Subsection F.6. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 198/)
ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1988)
The ordering period for this contract shall commence on March 23. 1994, and will expire on December 15. 1997. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.

Except as arovided herein. all other terms and conditions of this contract remain unclanged.
