Contract No. NRC-26 94-267, Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the statement of work to allow for the completion of Contract Task 6b of the subject task order.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and signature are three (3) presigned copies of Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 2, which extends the period of performance through December 15. 1997.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
Under the Statement of Work, Item #1, Scope of Work / Meetings / Travel / Deliverables.
Task 6b, is revised as follows: thereof:
"1.
SCOPE OF WORK / MEETINGS / TRAVEL / DELIVERABLES Task 6b Evaluate the Completed V&V Program Test Results:
V&V Program Test Results submitted by NRC Project Officer to ORTECH September 12. 1997,
- ORTECH will travel to ORNL to witness portions of the performance of the V&V program test in support of their evaluation of the V&V program test by September 12, 1997,
- ORTECH will provide a draft report of their review and coments on the V&V program test results to the NRC Project Officer by October 14, 1997.
- The NRC Project Officer will review and provide coments of the V&V test results report to ORTECH by October 29, 1997.
- ORTECH will incorporate the necessary changes or coments and provide the final V&V program test results report to the NRC Project Officer by December 15, 1997.
The Statement of Work, Item No. 3. Period of Performance, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

You should retain the third copy for your records.
