Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Change Gentlemen:
This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50 to submit a recently changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Iniplementing Procedure. The changed procedure is EP-003-020 (Revision 9, Change 1), "Ernergency Preparedness Drills and Exercises". This change adds an attachment to document the actions performed to prepare the faciities for a drill or exercise and then restore them after the drill or exercise. -This change was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54 requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
