50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - RESOLUTION OF INSPECTOR ITEMS In Section IV of the Browns Ferry Nuclear Performance Plan, TVA committed to resolving open inspection report findings before unit 2 restart. In support of this goal, there has been an active effort ongoing for several months directed toward dispositioning outstanding inspection findings with your resident and regional inspectors.
For unit 2 restart purposes, it is important that we are confident that all NRC open items have been identified and properly resolved.
In order to cross check our database, we request that NRC provide a listing of the inspection items which are currently being carried as open.
Your database would typically identify these items by the data codes DEV, IFI, OPN, VIO, IEB, SL4, and SLS.
As noted above, this information will allow us to correlate our tracking systems and will ensure that we have captured all open NRC inspection report findings.
