Interagency Agreement No. NRC-02-85-004, Modification No. 3 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of perfomance under this Interagency Agreement. This extension is at no additional cost to the Government. This Agreement is therefore modified as follows:
Under Article II - Period of Performance, delete the narrative in its entirety and insert the following:
"The period of performance of this Interagency Agreement shall be from May 21, 1985 through October 15, 1988."
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
If this modification is acceptable to the Bureau, please so indicate by signing in the space pmvided and returning two copies to the undersigned.
The third copy may be retained for your records.
