Dear Mr. Jankovich:
This is in response to your letter of August 21, 1997 in which it is stated that a separate QA Program Approval is no longer required.
It is at this time that I am requesting a refund of your Invoice
- AM4390-97 for $950.00 which we had paid on June 27, 1997 - Our Check #11732 for said program approval.
