APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO THE MOTION TO RECONSIDER ORDER OF THE TOWN OF SALISBURY 1.
Under date of September 30, 1986, the Town of Salisbury (Salisbury) has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Board's Order imposing sanctions dated September 11, 1986, insofar as the same applies to Salisbury.

The affidavit makes clear that neither appropriate officials nor any counsel for Salisbury were aware of the prior order to compel answers to interrogatories nor of the interrogatories themselves.

.Indeed, a check of the certificate of service appended to the original interrogatories reveals that no representative of Salisbury was served.
WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, the applicants say that the Town of Salisbury's Mo' tion to Reconsider Order should be allowed and the sanctions imposed thereby lifted.
