(1) All internal NRC documents relating to IE Information Notico No. 86-05, (2) all internal NRC documents related to the operability of main steam safety'valvos (MSSV),.their safety, tested failures, ring setting adjustments:
U (3) all internal NRC documents concerning actions toward determining additional requirements for MSSV operability; (4) all internal NRC documents concerning actions toward designation of MSSV failuro a high priority safety issue; (5) correspondence betwoon the NRC and MSSV manufacturers concerning MSSV safety, maintononce instructions, and rollability.
