McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 2 Docket Nos. 50-370 LER 370/87-02 Gentlemen On January 14, 1987 is was discovered that rod position verification surveillances were not performed every 4 hours4.62963e-5 days <br />0.00111 hours <br />6.613757e-6 weeks <br />1.522e-6 months <br /> following a January 13, 1987 inoperability of the Unit 2 Operator Aid Computer as required by Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.73 Sections (a)(1) and (d), in accordance with Section (a)(2)(1)(B),
Licensee Event Report 370/87-02 was to have been submitted by February 12, 1987.
At this time, all concerns regarding the event are not yet resolved.
The complete report will be submitted by February 19, 1987.
