i Examine appropriate records and documentation and confirm that Nova's description of steps that were taken to correct and prevent recurrence of Nonconformance No. 99901052/97 0101 (as discussed in Nova's Letter,
- Reply to a Notice of Nonconformance, " dated, August 18,1997) were satisfactory completed.
- 2. Review selected Nova commercial grade material dedication packages for the supply of small products and determine if all applicable tests and analysis required by the product material specification and customer purchase order were performed.
