',The permit to construct the tower at the new location was approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on June 4,1997. The design for preliminary site work was issued on July 23,1997. The design for all other work was issued on August 5,1997. Project construction in the field started on July 28,1997. The current forced and refueling outages' priorities are also impacting the completion of this project. Shutdown risk considerations have blocked this project's work in the switchyard, and such blocks will reoccur in various upcoming outage work windows. As a result, LaSalle has revised the schedule. The new tower and its associated meteorological equipment will be installed, tested, and placed in service by July 31,1998.
In the meanwhile, the interim GSEP procedure provisions are in place.
