Thank you for your letter dated April 10, 1986, and Mr. T. R. Strong's letter dated April 24, 1986, in response to our 1986 review of your Agreement State Radiation Contral Program. We have evaluated your response, including the uranium mill tailings and low-level radioactive waste programs, and find that your proposed changes, when implemented, will enable the program to satisfy the " Guidelines for NRC Review of Agreement State Radiation Control Programs" We are pleased with the positive actions that you are proposing to take with regard to our comments.
