The purpose of this modification is to revise the Statement of Work in accordance with the Changes clause as set forth in the contract and the contractor 's proposal dated January 7, 1987, increase the ceiling amount by $3,680.44, and increase the obligated amount by $38,840.44.
1.
This modification hereby incorporates the contractor's proposal dated January 7, 1987 in the amount of $3,680.44 for the additional work specified herein.
2.
Changes to the Statement of Work are incorporated as f oll ows:

- 3. Section G. Gggtract_6dministcatigg_ Data, Subsection G.1 Cgott act_Ceiligg_Omgugt, paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted in their entirety and the following are substituted in lieu thereof:
4 "3. Total f unds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $77,154.84, of which
$58,600.00 is for products / services stipulated in Section B, $14,874.40 is for the condensed revision of "The Regulatory Process" course in accordance with the contractor's proposal dated September 17, 1986, and
$3,680.44 is for one session of a one day course and travel for one session of a two day course to be conducted in King of Prussia, PA in accordance with contractor's proposal dated January 7, 1987.

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be
$100,594.84."
In summary, this modification:
1.
Incorporate the contractor 's proposal dated January 7, 1987 in the amount of $3,680.44,
- 2. Changes the Statement of Work, 3.
Increases the ceiling amount by $3,680.44, from $96,914.40 to $100,594.84, and 4.
Increases the amount obligated by $38,840.44, from
$38,314.40 to $77,154.84.
All other terms unchanged. and conditions under this contract remain l-1

' The contractor shall conduct one addi tional condensed version (one-day
' session) of the course entitled " Regulatory Process" at a NRC provided
' facilit'y in the Bethesda, Maryland area for NRC Commission staff personnel.
2.
'~ Under the subject contract it is stated that the NRC may also have a requirement to have the contractor conduct the course at NRC's Regional Offices. The fourth course (a two-day session) has been scheduled to be conducted in Region I, King of Prussia, PA. All travel must be in accordance with Annex C of the Federal Travel Regulations.
