FIRE PROTECTION - DELAY IN SUBMITTAL OF. ADDITIONAL IN' FORMATION Consuuers Fower Company letters dated April 23, 1986 and April 14, 1986, ccanitted Consumers Power Coupany to submit to the NRC additional information concernin.g certain fire protection steasures at our Big Rock Foint Plant by June 1, 1986. Speci.fically, these commitusnts are the following:

1.

Submit an exemption request for emergency lighting in the Flant yard area.

2.

Submit an exemption request for the lack of fixed suppression in the Scre<enhouse, 3.

Submit additional clarifying information regarding spurious actuation due to a fire in the Control Room.

4:

Submit.a description of the appropriate corrective action which results from a recalculation of the Recirculation Pump Room oil fire or, if no corrective action is necessary, submit the recalculation.
