The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by'$73,000.00, from $1.509,800.00 to $1.582.800.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B. Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988), paragraph b. , first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated in the contract is $1,582.800.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY 96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY 97 OBLIGATIONS: $363,000.00 TOTAL,FY 98 OBLIGATIONS: $469,000.00 TOTAL FY 99 OBLIGATIONS: _$455,800.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF NRC OBLIGATIONS: $1,582,800.00 This modification obligates . funds'in the amount of $73.000.00.
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of $2,996,642.00. remain unchanged.
