Time and Material Task Order No. 211, Modification No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-05-83-216 Entitled " Independent Assessment - Destructive Testing and Analysis" This modification is being issued to extend the period of performance under the subject task order. Accordingly, Task Order No. 211 is revised to extend the period of. performance from April 30, 1986 through May 30, 1986.
This extension is accomplished at no additional cost to the contract. The Task Order Ceiling amount of $34,645 remains unchanged.
All other terms and conditions of this Task Order remain unchanged.
